Hard to believe summer is just about over. Even for this year! Since we couldn’t travel international and had to cancel our Hawaii trip due to COVID, we figured this is the best time to do more domestic traveling. A couple weeks ago, we took a road trip to Wyoming. We camped a few days in the wilderness, and visited Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park.
Yellowstone was an incredible place to visit. All the Geysers and waterfalls were spectacular!
Grand Prismatic Springs and Steamboat Geyser were one of the most popular attractions at Yellowstone.
Of course, we had to visit Old Faithful!!
There were so many other Geysers to see, and so many waterfalls. The Upper and lower Tower falls and The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone were my favorite attractions!
We spent 2 days in Yellowstone. The next couple days we explored Grand Teton National Park and checked out Jackson Hole. We did some Kayaking as well, and the mountains in Teton were beautiful. Although there was a bit of a haze due to the CA wildfires, so the mountains weren’t all visible.
Our campsite was very pretty as well. We camped just a few minutes outside of Yellowstone. The nights were cool and crisp!
Of course we saw some wildlife! The first day, we drove by a mommy grizzly bear and her 2 cubs, and saw plenty of bison and elk!
